Try Priowise with a live interactive demo
NewYou can now experience a full Priowise strategy report, roadmap, and AI assistants first-hand, no signup required. We built a complete fictional company scenario, walked it through our own strategy pipeline, and made the entire result interactive: ask questions, evaluate new ideas, and watch prioritization happen in real time.

A better way to view and edit roadmap items
NewRoadmap items now open in a side panel for a cleaner, more comfortable way to work with them. Click any item to see everything in one place: edit its title, description, tags, and timeline, and view its score, priority, and the full reasoning behind how Priowise prioritized it.
Adding a new item uses the same panel, so adding and editing feel consistent. Your changes are saved when you choose to save them, and you will be asked before discarding anything unsaved. The roadmap list itself is now tidier, with each item shown on a clean two-line summary so you can scan your roadmap at a glance.
20 June 2026
Roadmap display fixes
FixFixed a couple of display issues on the roadmap. Manually added items now line up correctly with the rest of your items, and the information tooltips next to Score and Priority now appear clearly in front of the page rather than behind it.
20 June 2026
Rate the work where you see it
ImprovementYou can now rate your analysis directly on the Competitors and Reports pages, where you can actually see the work, rather than from the dashboard. Give it a star rating and, if something was off, tell us what, so we can keep improving. If you are happy with it, you can also share a few words as a testimonial.
Each rating is tied to the version you are looking at, so when an analysis is regenerated, you can rate the new version too.
19 June 2026
A redesigned dashboard
ImprovementYour dashboard has a new layout that puts what matters most up front. Your roadmap now sits at the top, showing your highest priority items at a glance, alongside a new recent activity feed so you can see what has changed since you last looked.
Your objectives and key results get more room below, and a short summary of how Priowise works for you tucks neatly at the bottom, expanded on your first visit and collapsed afterwards so it stays out of the way.
19 June 2026
Introducing Evaluate mode
ImprovementThe assistant mode for assessing changes is now called Evaluate, with a clearer purpose: Describe a change you are considering, a new feature, a market shift, or a competitor move, and see how it fits your strategy and roadmap before you commit to it.
You can now run multiple evaluations and keep each as its own session. Past evaluations are saved and easy to revisit, with their impact level shown at a glance, so you can track how you have assessed different changes over time.
13 June 2026
More control when adding ideas to your roadmap
ImprovementApplying an assessed idea to your roadmap is now free. You only spend credits if you choose to score and prioritize it. When you apply, you can add an item straight away and score it later, so you can bring several ideas onto your roadmap and score them when you are ready. Items waiting to be scored are flagged on your roadmap, and scoring one is now faster and lighter.
13 June 2026
Brainstorm mode
NewIntroducing Brainstorm, a new way to think through a half-formed idea with your assistant before turning it into a roadmap decision. Start from a rough thought, a new direction, or a recurring user problem, and the assistant will ask the right questions to sharpen it, drawing on your strategy, objectives, and roadmap. When an idea is ready, send it straight to a Change Assessment in one step.
Brainstorm also includes:
- Web search, so the assistant can check the market or a competitor when a question genuinely needs an outside answer.
- Saved sessions: Every idea you explore is kept under "Past ideas", so you can reopen, rename, or revisit it any time.
- A clear view of your idea's journey in your history, where a brainstormed idea and the assessment it became appear as a single linked entry.
Brainstorm is available on the Starter plan and above.

A tidier assistant composer
ImprovementWe have tidied the assistant input area. Sharing a document or connecting a source now lives behind a single "+" button next to send, giving you more room for the conversation.
10 June 2026
A clearer onboarding checklist
ImprovementYour dashboard checklist now makes it obvious what actually needs your attention. The steps you take yourself are shown up front with quick time estimates, while the things we handle automatically as you use Priowise are tidied away under a "Handled" group you can expand any time. The progress count now reflects just your tasks, so you can see at a glance how little is left rather than a long list of things already taken care of.
10 June 2026
Search your roadmap
NewYou can now search your roadmap. A search box in the filter bar lets you type to instantly narrow the list to items whose title or description match, so finding a specific feature in a long roadmap takes seconds. Search works alongside your existing filters and grouping, and your search stays in place as you edit items or refresh the page.
8 June 2026
Your weekly email now leads with your alignment score
ImprovementYour weekly digest now opens with your workspace alignment score, the same number you see on your dashboard, so the headline is the metric that mattersmost. When you have run a fresh analysis, the email shows how your score has moved since last week, up or down, at a glance. Weeks without a new analysissay so plainly rather than implying nothing changed, so the number you see is always honest. Your weekly activity, pipeline runs, applied changes and new roadmap items, sits just below.

Roadmap Gantt View enhancements
ImprovementStatus is now editable directly from the timeline (click the status badge → pick new status) Timeline header (years, months, weeks) and Initiative/Feature/Status columns stay pinned while scrolling Filter and sort controls now available, matching the List view’s capabilities Group dropdown (By initiative / By impact parameter / No grouping)
8 May 2026
Roadmap viewing fixes
FixList view: Column headers stick to top while scrolling, and items grouped by impact parameter now distribute correctly across all primary parameters. Gantt view: Status badge color matches the timeline bar (overdue items show in red consistently)
7 May 2026
Competitor Analysis improvements
ImprovementCompetitor analysis: strategic guidance is back: Strategic notes are now 2-3 sentences with specific differentiation guidance (pricing levers, customer segment positioning, feature gaps to exploit). Effect on next pipeline run.

Change Agent and Roadmap fixes
Fix- Change assessments couldn't be applied or rejected from chat: Now buttons appear inline on every assessment card in chat, including past assessments (showing their applied/rejected state). C0 (low-confidence) assessments correctly show a Reject button only.
- History page only let you discuss certain assessments: The "Continue discussion" link was only shown on a narrow subset of pending assessments. Now it appears on every pending assessment so you can resume the conversation before deciding.
- Roadmap top items hidden inside lower-priority initiatives: When grouped by initiative, items were sorted by score within each group, so the second-highest item could appear below three lower-scored ones. Added a new Group dropdown with "By initiative", "By impact parameter", and "No grouping" options. Choose "No grouping" for a flat list sorted purely by score.
- Status and Priority filters were single-select: You could only filter by one status or one priority at a time, even though Tags already supported multi-select. Both are now multi-select, matching Tags.
- Edit roadmap item had unlabeled fields and no timeline: The edit form showed three placeholder-only inputs and no way to set start/end dates. Added proper labels (Feature, Description, Tags) and Start date / End date fields.
- Roadmap items only grouped under their first listed impact parameter: Items linked to multiple impact parameters were grouped only by the first one, hiding their strongest contribution. Now grouped by the highest-weight parameter so items appear under the area they contribute most strongly to.

Confidence Dimensions on Change Assessment & Roadmap loadig updates
Improvement- Confidence dimensions in change assessments now show real values: The five confidence bars (Clarity, Objective link, Evidence, Roadmap overlap, Impact parameters) were always grey and at zero. They now reflect the actual computed scores for each assessment.
- Hover over confidence bars to see what each one means: Added info icons that explain each dimension on hover.
- Cleaner roadmap setup flow: Empty roadmap pages now show the import panel and manual-add form directly, instead of an empty-state with a redirect button. You can start adding items right away.
- "Run scoring" with empty roadmap now confirms first: Before running the analysis with no roadmap items, you'll see a quick check explaining that the analysis will treat your product as ideation-stage.
- Pipeline-running input field copy clarified: The placeholder now reads "Analysis in progress — please wait" instead of misleading text about asking questions while it runs.
6 May 2026
First Assessment & Roadmap fixes
Fix- First Assessment chat stall
- Roadmap setup card didn't appearance in First Assessment
- Word document tables parsing
- Ideation analysis roadmap suggestions
- Broken Strategy Ready email links
- Failing Scoring Complete email links
6 May 2026
Streamlined roadmap setup
NewAfter your strategic assessment, we now redirect you to a dedicated roadmap setup page instead of asking for items in chat. The import panel opens automatically with three options: upload from file, integrate with your tools, or next to the dropdown you can add items manually.
If you don't have a roadmap yet, you can also choose to analyze your product as ideation-stage, Priowise will suggest initial items based on your strategic analysis.

Reliability improvements
Improvement- Faster, more reliable status updates when running pipelines or regenerating reports
- The "Run Scoring" button on Roadmap now works reliably, including for users who hit the previous network-error issue
- The "Regenerate Report" button correctly stays in "Generating..." state while work is in progress, and accurately returns to idle when complete
5 May 2026
Bug fixes
Fix- Resolved a long-standing data integrity issue affecting users who signed up before our multi-user system launched. All workspaces now have consistent membership records — invites, role-based access, and admin tools work correctly for everyone.
- Fixed an issue where referral signups were silently failing
- Fixed a race condition where the Regenerate Report button could prematurely return to idle while agents were still running

Improved onboarding
NewNew: 2-step onboarding for new users
New signups now go through a brief setup flow: tell us your product website or name, we extract context automatically with AI, and you confirm or edit. Strategic assessments are sharper from the very first run because we've already populated industry, target market, and business model. Existing users unaffected.
New: Change Assessment Agent transparency
When you apply a Change Assessment, you can now see exactly what's about to happen:
- + Add — new roadmap items being created
- ~ Update — existing items being modified, with field-level diffs (priority, description, initiative)
- ✕ Cancel — items being deprioritized, with reasons
The same breakdown shows on the History page after applying, so you always know what changed and why.
Improved: Subscription handling
Subscription tier is now sourced from a single source of truth, eliminating cases where paid users were treated as Explorer due to sync delays. Stripe checkout, webhook processing, and feature gating now stay consistent across all surfaces.
Improved: Onboarding wizard
- Asks for your website first — no email-domain assumptions
- Handles the moment between signup and workspace creation gracefully
- Clear path for founders without a website yet
- Assistant always confirms your roadmap (existing or ideation phase) before strategic analysis runs
Improved: Account deletion
Active subscriptions must now be cancelled before account deletion. This prevents continued charges to deleted accounts. Plus assorted reliability improvements to the deletion flow itself.
Fixed
- Workspace name no longer defaults to "Gmail" for users with company email addresses
- Change Assessment Assistant respects internal terminology boundaries
- Assistant responses now have room to complete fully without truncation
- Various reliability fixes to subscription handling and webhook processing

Gantt chart view
NewYour roadmap now has a Gantt chart view. Switch between the existing list view and the new Gantt view using the toggle in the roadmap toolbar. The Gantt organizes your roadmap items by initiative, with collapsible groups and a horizontal timeline showing start and end dates. Each bar is color-coded by status: steel blue for planned, amber for in progress, green for completed, and red for items that are overdue. Priority and score are shown directly on each bar. If you haven't set dates yet, Priowise can suggest a starting layout based on your roadmap priorities and scores. You can then drag bars to move or resize them, or click any bar to set exact dates. Milestones can be added at any point on the timeline to mark key dates. The view scrolls horizontally so your full roadmap is always accessible, and it remembers your last view preference between sessions.

Activation indicator
NewA new setup guide now appears across your dashboard when you first sign in. It walks you through the key steps to get the most out of Priowise — from setting up your workspace and uploading your roadmap, to running your first analysis, exploring your objectives, and inviting your team. The guide tracks your progress automatically as you move through the product. Each step links directly to the relevant page. Once all steps are complete it dismisses itself, and you can also close it at any time. Team members on Starter and above will see the invite step unlocked. Explorer users see it with a note explaining it's available on higher plans.
