Terms of Service
1. Who We Are
Priowise is an AI-powered strategy execution and prioritization platform. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Priowise B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42141576.
By accessing or using Priowise, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use Priowise.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of submitted data
- Safeguarding your credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.
3. License to Use Priowise
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Upload abusive or infringing content
- Reverse engineer the system
- Bypass system limits
- Use outputs for disinformation or spam
Accounts may be suspended for violations.
5. AI Usage & Disclaimers
Priowise uses AI models — primarily Claude (Anthropic) — to generate insights, score roadmap items, and produce strategy assessments. Supplementary models from OpenAI and Google Gemini may also be used for specific tasks.
AI outputs:
- Are informational only
- Do not constitute professional advice
You remain responsible for all decisions made using platform outputs.
6. Plans, Billing & Cancellations
Subscription options include Monthly Plans and Annual Plans.
- Monthly plans renew automatically
- Annual plans are billed upfront
- Fees are generally non-refundable
- Pricing changes apply to future renewals
Plans and Pricing
Priowise offers the following plans:
- Preview — Free strategic preview of one product, no credit card required.
- Strategist — €149 per month, or €129 per month billed annually. Includes 100 analysis credits per month. Annual plans purchased during the launch window include the Onboarding package at no additional cost.
- Guided — €1,399 per month all-in (founding price: €1,099 per month for the first five clients). Includes the Strategist platform and advisory services as described in the Advisory Terms. All analyses run as part of the advisory engagement are included.
- Onboarding — €450 one-time. Two working sessions of up to two hours each, delivered within 30 days of purchase.
Prices are quoted in euros. Customers outside the euro area may see an equivalent amount in their local currency at checkout. All prices exclude VAT.
Existing subscriptions continue on their agreed pricing.
Analysis Credits
The Strategist plan includes 100 analysis credits per month. Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month and do not roll over. Priowise reserves the right to introduce credit expiration periods in the future, with at least 30 days advance notice to affected customers. Promotional credits may have shorter expiration windows, communicated at the time of issuance.
6b. Advisory Services
Guided customers receive advisory services in addition to the Strategist platform. The terms governing the advisory engagement, including scope, scheduling, billing, and liability, are set out in the Advisory Terms, which form part of these Terms for Guided customers.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Priowise may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are breached
- System misuse occurs
- Required by law
Upon termination, platform access ends and data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software, tools, and algorithms belong to Priowise Limited. You retain ownership of your own business data.
9. Subprocessors
Priowise uses trusted third-party providers to deliver its services:
- Anthropic — AI model execution (Claude)
- OpenAI — AI model execution (supplementary)
- Tavily — web search and market intelligence retrieval
- Google Gemini — AI model execution (supplementary)
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery
- Clerk — authentication and subscription management
- Supabase — application database
- Inngest — background job processing
- PostHog — product analytics
- Brevo — transactional email
- Stripe — payment processing

10. Referral Programme
Users may participate in our referral programme. When a referred user subscribes to a paid plan, both the referrer and referee receive 20 analysis credits. The referral programme is subject to a total participation cap which Priowise may modify or close at any time without notice. Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred.
11. Limitation of Liability
Priowise is provided "as is" without warranties. Total liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months preceding a claim.
12. Updates to These Terms
Terms may change periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam.
